All these macro-economic information is important for the investor.  Why?  If UK and London starts to sputter and lose its global dominance, our property investments will start to lose value.  If we can see that on the horizon, we will start to sell. If you follow our blog, you will get first hand information of when we sell our properties.

At this moment, demand far outstrips supply in London housing market.  The same cannot be said for the rest of the UK property market.  We wouldn't buy outside of London.  Convince yourself by googling ("London Property Demand and Supply") and read the reputable articles you find.  How is the UK property market as a whole faring versus the London Property market?
