London Property Advertisements in Singapore 8 March 2014

Five advertisements for London Properties in the Straits Times, 8th March 2014.

This development is by Oxley (a Singapore developer) and Ballymore (a well-known UK developer).  This area of London used to be very run-down but there is a lot of development going on now. We heard from sales agents that there is huge interest for this development. 

 From the advert, this development is located in London NW9.  I can't find a website link to the development. Anyway, my view is that the location is too far out. We haven't paid much attention to this area of London so I have no further comments.

VISTA
Berkeley Homes is a very prestigious home builder in the UK.  Prices from £720,000.  Not surprising that they are developing what looks to be a very upmarket project. Personally, we stay out from developments like these because they do not meet our criteria of an every man's property.  That said, it is not necessarily a bad investment, if your appetite is for higher end properties in a central location.

Stratford Riverside
This advert also appeared in yesterday's papers.  We think Stratford is not a bad place to invest in.  Don't take our word for it, go do your research to convince yourself of the potential of this location.

London Baltimore Wharf
A Ballymore Development.  This also appeared in yesterday's papers.
