University of Westminster, London (from the outside)

University of Westminster was a former Polytechnic. Now a full-fledged University, it is not that well ranked in the international rankings, compared to the more famous Universities in London and the UK.  However, I am sure it is taking steps to improve itself.

The location is fantastic though, a short walk away from Oxford Circus.

The last I checked, the 2 bedroom apartment was going for 4 MIL GBP.

The location is excellent, but at this price, I find it hard to justify.  Well, I am not an investor in this league anyway.
