Iskandar Housing glut may hit rental yields

Is there a housing glut in Iskandar? This warning comes from Malaysia's national organization of developers. Be warned.  Some 30,000 homes could be completed by 2016.  Who is going to live in them?

Hmmmm... the developers from China have been launching a few thousand units at a go.
