Obviously, this is NOT a development for the common folk. This is a very prestigious project, launched by a very prestigious and reputable developer (St George, the luxury arm of Berkeley Homes). The prices are sky-high, though one could argue that the valuations are in that ball park.
Properties like these are out of reach for us. Suffice to say, we are also not well informed when it comes to this segment of the market. If you plan to invest in such properties, do get specialist advice and/or do your in depth homework. Bear in mind that when it comes to resale in the future, your potential market may be very small.
Berkeley Homes & St George
On the plus side, Berkeley Homes are an extremely reputable high-end developer. They are know to create new markets, when there were none. Hence, if I were to ever buy into such developments, I would be hesitant to buy from other developers.
On a related note, there are more exciting developments coming up by Berkeley Homes and St George. One of this is London Docks. Watch out for that, if you are keen on prestigious developments.
