London developer updates investors in Singapore - in person
This made the news in July 2013. The Development Director of this luxury project flew into Singapore to update on the progress for buyers of Fitzroy Place in Central London. He noted that the buyers from Singapore were in their late 40s and early 50s, buying apartments for their children to be schooled there.
Located in Fitzrovia (W1), this place is really in the heart of it all. Just a few minutes walk from the likes of Oxford Street and Regent Street, it is pretty much like staying in Orchard Road.
This is obviously NOT an every man type of property. Do a simple search on www.rightmove.co.uk on properties for rent using postal code W1. Just look at 1 bed apartments. What do you get? I am looking at £3,000 per week type of asking prices. Yeah.
