UK Student Property Investment?

Risks and Returns

While such investment options look tempting, remember, there is no such thing as a free lunch. We do not invest in these instruments.

If you plan to invest, make sure you ask the following questions -

1) what exactly is the legal instrument underlying these contracts? But more simply, what do you own?

2) is there a secondary market for whatever you are owning? ( eg when you buy a timeshare...)

3) what are the service charges related to the contract and who sets these charges?

Go in with your eyes open. Have a good day!
