Clarence Court, The Strand, WC2 - Prime Central London

Clarence Court, The Strand, by English Rose Boutique developers.

Located at 404-406 The Strand, London, there will be a total of 16 apartments, anticipated completion in late 2015.

Historical Location
No doubt, this is a high end development in a very historical street. The Strand has been described as "the finest street in Europe" (quoting 19th Century British PM Benjamin Disraeli). Her location is close to everything hip and happening, as I will show you later.

The Strand is the historic link between the City of London to the east and Westminster (London's political capital) to the west. The Strand is just over three-quarters of a mile in length from Temple Bar in the east to Trafalgar Square in the west.

Landmark buildings on the Strand include Charing Cross station, The Savoy Hotel, Kings College and well-known theatres.

3 Min short Walk to Covent Garden

Imagine living just a stone's throw away from the famous London Covent Garden. The thought of this dazzles me. Wow.

Also, not too far away from Leceister Square. 8 minute easy walk, covering a distance of 640M or 0.4miles. Wonderful!

The Apartments
Very highly spec-ed, as typical of English Rose Estates, a boutique specialist developer. You can refer to the brochure for this development on the English Rose Estates website here (they also have other projects).

Here are some snapshots of the e-brochure. Very attractive.

The location - obviously very central.

Interior furnishings, of a very high standard.

Pricing
You are looking at £2,300 to £2,500 psf. E.g. a 2-bed apartment, 732sq feet, asking for £1,700,000. It is 990 year leasehold.

Well, the price is way beyond our reach. That said, it doesn't hurt for me to take a look at the property and tell my readers about it! The sales agent in Singapore is CBRE, in case you are wondering.

Happy investing!

PS: I am now conducting a short reader survey to improve the blog. Please help!
