Continued from Part 1

The marketing collateral shouts out to parents sending their kids to prestigious London Universities like the LSE.  So, let's take a closer look at how far this place is from the London School of Economics.

0.5 Miles to LSE
Using Google Maps to plot the route, this is what we get.  The Peacock Theatre is LSE's main lecture theatre.  The distance is 0.5Miles or 10 minutes.  That is pretty decent.  It makes it very easy to walk to and from school.

0.9Miles to Covent Garden
Covent Garden isn't too far away either.  You're looking at a 0.9Mile walk.

Transport Links and Timings
This is from the marketing brochure.  Connections are good, as expected.

Pricing?
I don't know the pricing, but I assume it would be very expensive indeed.   Anyway, here are some pictures (from the marketing brochure) of the penthouse units. Yeah, penthouses.

This is the layout.  Not very clear here, but it is 3 bedroom, 993 square feet or 92.3 sq m.
