Hoola, London E16 (Part 2)

See part 1 for analysis of location of the Hoola development.

Front page of Singapore Business Times this morning, advertising insert, full colour.

Flip side of the advertising insert.

The official Hoola website is www.hoola-london.co.uk; the pictures on the website are very attractive.

Second picture below shows computer animated illustration of Hoola's location, night view.  See the two circular blocks in the foreground? That would be the site of the two towers.

This below picture is good. You can see O2 arena in the background. Hoola is about 200M away from the Emirates Cable car station. You would have to take the cable car to get across to the other side. (Greenwich peninsula).  The location is much better than Royal Wharf, however, the prices is also much higher.

Pricing
Rather aggressive, but to be expected.  You have to bear in mind that this is Zone 3.  They prices are from £600 (lower floors) to £900(higher floors) psf.

For example, a 1 bed & 1 bath unit on the 12th floor (691 sq feet) costs just over £500,000.  A rather big 1 bed unit.  A 2bed-2bath on the 12th floor, £640,000.  (1,114 sq feet total space)

Happy investing!
